How do i book a class, and pay?
Simply have a look at each course to see what classes and courses are available that suit you. Head to Bookings and fill out the information required. Alternatively, feel free to give me a call or email and I shall get back to you as soon as possible.
Payments are to be received in advance. You can pay through BACs. Card payments are are not accepted.
What should i bring?
Nothing but willingness and excitement to learn cooking, and a few empty containers to take the delicious food home with you!
Do i need to take notes?
All recipes are provided with clear instructions but by all means if you find it helpful then do so.
Are the classes a demonstration or do we cook at our own station?
With the emphasis of The Veggie Kitchen being home-style cooking, I teach in my own kitchen. Veggie Group courses are interactive where possible, by way of preparing for the dishes individually or in groups. Veggie Private Hands-On is yourself doing all the cooking with myself guiding you throughout the lesson!
Can i choose what i want to learn?
We have established three courses that suit complete novices to the competent cook who wish to learn new recipes. By all means you are able to book individually classes should you wish.
What is the maximum number of people per class?
I only take a maximum of 6-8 students in a group class.
On the occasion you wish to have a Veggie Private Hands-On lesson, this will be for an individual or a couple. This ensures they receive my full attention throughout the lesson.
What if i cannot attend a course or class I have booked?

Will you cater to my allergies or special dietary requirements e.g vegan, nuts etc?
Where possible in a group class we shall adjust recipes to your needs, but this cannot be guaranteed.
With a Veggie Private Hands-On class you are able to choose recipes where we can ensure any allergic/special dietary ingredients are completely avoided.
