Bookings - The Veggie Kitchen course fees must be paid on commencement of the first class. Failure to do so means that you will not be guaranteed a place in the following lessons and may be charged a non-discounted price for the class.
Payment - Payment for the course/class can be made by online bank transfer, cash or cheque payable to 'Jyoti Shah'. Full payment for the course/class must be made prior to the commencement of the first class of a course or the single class you are attending. Cancellation Policy strictly applies.
Gift Vouchers - Gift Vouchers purchased from The Veggie Kitchen can only be use as full or part payment towards any cookery course or class at The Veggie Kitchen. No refund will be given if the voucher amount exceeds the value of the course or classes attended.. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of the issue. Each Voucher has a expiry date and must be redeemed prior to its expiry date.
Property & Person - The Veggie Kitchen shall be under no liability whatsoever, for any loss, injury or damage to students or their property.
Health and Safety - We expect all students to listen to all instructions given by the teacher of the class to prevent accidents from occurring. We recommend that appropriate clothing is worn to classes and that hands are washed prior to class.
Allergies - Course attendees are responsible for informing The Veggie Kitchen of any allergies they may have when they book any course or class with The Veggie Kitchen.
Dates and Fees - If a class is cancelled, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for that class. The course/class fee paid, entitles you to lesson(s) on the agreed dates only. You will also be entitled to a paper copy of every recipe prepared during the classes. Every course attendee will be give a folder to store their paper copy of the recipes.
Cancellation/Refund Policy - No refund of paid fees or part of the fees will be made upon commencement of the course under any circumstances.
No refund of the paid fees will be made if cancellation is requested 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the course or class.
For cancellation requested between 8 to 14 days prior to the commencement of the course/class, refund of fees paid will be subjected to 10% administration charge.
Full refund of the fees paid will be made if requested 15 days or more prior to the commencement of the course/class.
